Many entrepreneurs need a good company car to be able to carry out their work. Fortunately, there is a lot to choose from when it comes to commercial vehicles. For example, electric commercial vehicles are becoming increasingly popular. It is a sustainable, good and, in the long term, also an economical option if you do not have to drive such long distances with your company car. They also give your company a positive sustainable image and are also very favorable from a tax point of view. As most will know, you also pay extra addition to cars that you also use privately. This addition is set at 22% for normal cars, but is much lower for electric cars. For electric commercial vehicles with a catalog value of €50,000 or less, you only pay a 4% addition.
1.Peugeot Partner Electric
An electric company car that can be a good choice for many companies is the Peugeot Partner Electric. 3. Volkswagen eCrafter
Like the Renault Master ZE, the Volkswagen eCrafter is an electric bus and therefore a fairly large electric commercial vehicle. The largest version has a load space of 10.7 cubic meters and a load capacity of 1720 kilos. The cargo space is 1.86 meters high and therefore most people can stand upright in it. The Volkswagen eCrafter has a range of approximately 160 kilometers and can be charged to 80% in 45 minutes on a fast charger. The electric Vito is slightly more expensive than the fossil fuel variant, but according to Mercedes-Benz you will earn this back within a few years due to the low energy and maintenance costs. If you prefer an electric bus from Mercedes-Benz, you can also opt for the larger Mercedes-Benz eSprinter.
Nissan's electric commercial vehicle has been a daring competitor of the Peugeot Partner for a few years now. We already see this E-NV200 driving in many cities. With the 40 kWh battery, the range of the Nissan is around 200 kilometers. The E-NV200 also has a B-Modus, which means that the car uses recuperative braking. As a result, the battery is recharged without using power. An ECO mode can also be activated to get the most out of the battery. Nissan also guarantees the proper functioning of the batteries, which is why two types of guarantees are given. The vehicle and electrical components are covered for 5 years or 100,000 km and the new 40 kWh battery capacity is covered for 8 years or 160,000 km.
